Salary: Starting salary of £29,702 pro rata (2020 cost of living increase not included)

You will play an essential role in ensuring staff’s HR needs are met and managed to a high standard. You will work closely with the Executive Director: Organisational Development to ensure all HR policies and procedures are executed to a high level of quality inside the organisation and in line with NEON’s values of solidarity, generosity and respect and our commitment to anti-oppression. You will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff and ensure these processes are implemented consistently across teams. You are a people person and enjoy being the first point of call for staff on all HR queries and helping staff interpret policies for their own needs and situations, e.g for parental leave.
