Salary: Starting salary of £24,700 (2020 cost of living increase not included)
Contract type: Permanent contract
Hours: 4 or 5 days per week

About the role:
You keep NEON running like clockwork in our programmes, office and in our key online platforms. You will work with the Senior Programme Management Officer to ensure all logistical and operational tasks for complex NEON events are undertaken on time and to a high standard. You will liaise with participants on our programmes, to ensure all of their operational needs are met, e.g. travel, expenses, etc.
You will support the Executive Directors, by undertaking basic secretarial duties for the NEON Board. You are the first point of contact for any issues with NEON’s key platforms – the NEON website, Mobilize and NationBuilder. Finally you ensure NEON’s office, hardware and wider facilities run smoothly and escalate any issues to the Senior Programme Management Officer.
