Recruitment Q & A session for people with marginalised identities

NEON is recruiting for a Programme Support Officer and a Senior Organiser. These roles will sit inside the Movement Building Hub and will be part of the team doing work to strengthen movements and movement organisations through training, coaching, organising and support.

We want to make sure that everyone feels able to apply, and we are holding an outreach session for people with marginalised identities who are interested in either of these roles. This session is specifically for people who experience systemic oppression, e.g. white supremacy, ableism, heterosexism, cissexism etc. and their intersections. If this does not apply to you or you would prefer to talk to someone one on one to ask questions about the role, please email about the Programme Support Officer role, and about the Senior Organiser role.

The session will start at 2pm on Monday 26th July and will be hosted on zoom. Carrie and Gauri will do a short introduction to NEON, the Movement Building Hub and each role, and then we’ll hold the space until 3pm for people to ask questions. There will be no obligation to stay for the whole session; you can have your camera on or off, and you’ll be able to ask questions verbally or using the chat function as you prefer.

To attend the session, please use this google form and we’ll send out a calendar invite with all the details and the zoom link. We look forward to seeing you there!
