Salary: Starting salary of £39,940 (2020 cost of living increase not included). Possible to increase by max. 2 increments a year up to £45,058 (top of grade).
Hours: 4-5 days per week, permanent contract

Manages: No line management responsibilities but will manage external contractors

About the role
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for the careful management of NEON’s £1.4m of annual expenditure across multiple programmes; they also take an internal lead on accounting for and managing the organisational risks to the organisation. The role is critical to NEON’s success and will be a key part of the management of the organisation, helping us to achieve substantial real world impacts on our goals on furthering social, economic and environmental justice.
