Location: Trainer Orientation 14th-17th April in London (paid), thereafter TBC
Pay: £250 per day + expenses
Contract type: Contractor – minimum of 8 days in 2020 (including Trainer Orientation)

Interviews: For successful applicants, interviews will be held on Thursday 12th, Friday 13th and Tuesday 17th March

We are looking for skilled and experienced trainers, able to train people with diverse backgrounds and learning styles and needs. You will be well versed in experiential and participatory pedagogies and able to train other trainers in these styles. You will champion anti-oppression and have experience in helping people learn and work together across racial, gender, class and other differences.
You have the levels of emotional intelligence needed to work with teams to deliver high stakes and complex programmes that have to be delivered within time and budget constraints. You will be able to handle conflict constructively, helping groups get to the heart of their problems and charting their way to a better, more productive place.
