How is NEON funded?

NEON achieves a significant impact in supporting groups and individuals creating social change thanks to the support of our funders.

Funding is vital to ensure that we and others can create positive social change: In 2022 we ensured thousands of opportunities were taken to put people into UK and global media on important issues; created messaging guides and handbooks to help support others get their messages out; added hundreds of people and organisations to progressive networks; held dozens of sessions training people in vital skills from speaking out to transformational organising; supported dozens of leaders from social justice organisations; strengthened incubated organisations through campaign successes and on their organisational journeys; crafted anti-oppressive progressive policies and toolkits and so much more!

Key funders that are helping to make this support for social justice happen include : Lankelly Chase, ECF, Open Society Foundation, Urban Movement Innovation, William and Flora Hewlett, Polden Puckham, Partners for a New Economy, Oak, Friends Provident, JRCT, Unbound Philanthropy, Trust for London, Paul Hamlyn, The Blagrave Trust, amongst others.
