Overview
At NEON, we believe that the role of the operations hub is pivotal in delivering on our strategy. We think and act differently because we believe in the power of collaboration, equity and sustainability. We are a small team responsible for everything people & culture related, finance, learning and development and governance.
We endeavour to create a work environment that centres care, resilience, knowledge building, and just resource distribution enabling our other two hubs, Comms and Movement Building, to work externally on supporting social movements.
We lead on building the operational and financial foundations that underpin NEON as an organisation that is collaborative, anti-oppressive, accountable - and that has a positive impact on the movements we work with.
Our progressive policies, processes and practices reflect our commitment to NEON’s values of – solidarity, generosity and respect – and our commitment to anti-oppression.
We also host an Ops Peer Network with well over 100 members, who represent the operational and financial minds across social movements and the third sector.
