The Head of Digital is an exciting new role at NEON. This role will be responsible for designing and running a flagship new digital programme, that will sit at the heart of NEON’s Communications Hub. The aim of the digital programme will be to help connect, strengthen and scale the UK’s progressive digital comms infrastructure.
We’re looking for an operations and compliance specialist to help us review and improve existing systems and truly embed work so it lasts beyond the contract period, as well as support us with day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a light and targeted review and then practical implementation of key pieces of work such as IT and systems, health and safety, data protection, AI use, creation of a NEON handbook and staff guidance. We’re looking for a caring approach to compliance. The core part of this role will be working alongside our team, building internal confidence and ownership and producing clear documentation, training and systems.
